We’ve completed the construction of 60 new council homes designed by CZWG Architects at the site of Grade II listed Poplar Baths opposite Chrisp Street market.

DAME COLET COURT

We’ve constructed in collaboration with Guildmore Ltd 40 affordable rented homes in a four-storey new residential block.
The overall vision for the site was to provide a sustainable mixed-use development that responded to current conditions and future needs, with the overall aim of providing a high-quality environment.

HAILEYBURY

The low-rise 1960s Haileybury Youth Centre building at the junction of Ben Jonson Road and Stepney High Street was identified as suitable for higher density redevelopment to meet local demand for more housing and improved amenities.
